Enjoy a new experience eating out at FADÓ'S Restaurant and Guesthouse in Mullingar's Dominick Street. The premises, previously known as The Gramby, has been renowned for giving good quality and good value in a friendly atmosphere for many years and the new proprietors, Andrew and Darren, promise to maintain and enhance this reputation.

Andrew Duncan is a native of Mullingar, and is a graduate of Athlone Regional College. He has vast experience working both home and abroad. At home he worked in the prestigious Kilkee Castle Hotel whilst his travels and work abroad took him to Australia, China, Thailand, The USA, South America, the West Indies and also on a Caribbean Cruise liner!

Darren Walsh is from Dublin and is a graduate of the world acclaimed Cathal Brugha Street College of Catering in Dublin. He has worked at Mullingar Golf Club and as a private chef in many parts of the country. Darren too brings an international touch to FADÓ'S, having worked for several years in Europe
